What this page is for
The library brings your commercials, jingles, voice tracks and features together in one place. Four tiles at the top show the number of productions per type and act as quick filters.
Good to know :
Podcasts, edits and music beds have their own pages and do not appear here.
Searching and filtering
- Search by title
- Type: all, commercials, jingles, voice tracks or features
- Status: all, active, draft or archived
- Sort by: newest, oldest, title A-Z or length
Actions on a production
Each card shows the type, the status, the title, a piece of context (client name for a commercial, subject for a feature), the length and how long ago it was made.
- Play: plays the mixed version if there is one, otherwise the voice only
- View: opens the detail sheet
- Download: retrieves the file
- Delete: irreversible, a confirmation is requested
Warning :
Deletion is permanent. Download the file before deleting a production you have no copy of.
