What this page is for
It gathers your SpeakRadio invoices: voice orders, sung jingle packs, bespoke services. Subscription invoices, by contrast, are listed on the Subscription page and handled by Stripe.
Reading the table
- Invoice no. and Date
- Description of the service
- Amount excl. VAT, VAT (amount and rate, or “Exempt”) and Total incl. VAT
- Status: Paid or Pending
Good to know :
The VAT rate applied depends on your account billing details, in particular your EU VAT number. Complete them in Settings before your first purchase.
Paying a pending invoice
- Find the row marked Pending.
- Click the Pay button.
- Pay on the secure payment page.
- Back on SpeakRadio, a banner confirms the payment and the status changes to Paid.
Downloading the PDF
The download button appears as soon as the invoice PDF is available. The list is paginated 20 at a time.
