Web player

A public page for playing your productions to others

What this page is for

The web player publishes a public page at speakradio.ai/player/… that plays a selection of your productions in the colours of your station or agency. It is the ideal way to play a demo to an advertiser or a prospect without sending them files.

Creating a player

Click New player: the form has four tabs, with a live preview on the right. A single save validates all four tabs.

  1. General — player name, description, station name, logo URL, then two options: autoplay on opening, and display of production titles.
  2. Colours — four settings (primary, background, text, accent) entered in hexadecimal, plus five ready-made palettes: Dark red, Light blue, Dark green, Light purple, Dark gold.
  3. Selling points and contact — display a list of selling points and a “Tell me more” form with the email address that receives the enquiries.
  4. Productions — pick from your library on the left and build the running order on the right by drag and drop.

Selling points and enquiries

Set the main audience for the player, then use Tick the relevant selling points: the grid pre-fills with the arguments that fit. You can add up to 10 custom selling points, each with an icon, a title (60 characters) and a body (140 characters).

Tip : The “Tell me more” form turns your demo into a prospecting tool: enquiries land straight in your inbox.

Statistics

The player list shows four overall indicators: number of players, plays, unique listeners and total views. The Statistics button opens the detail for one player.

Good to know : IP addresses that visit more than three of your players are treated as internal (you and your team) and excluded from the unique listener count. The raw figure is still shown alongside.

Requirements and limits

  • The Web player option must be enabled on your account by an administrator. If it is not, a Request activation button is shown.
  • Only productions that have an audio file appear in the player library.
  • Usable types: commercial, jingle, voice track, feature, ready-to-air feature, podcast and music bed.
  • The public address is generated automatically and can be copied in one click from the list.
